By accessing or using this website, the SUMS School ERP platform, mobile apps, or any services provided by Sujal Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U72300MH2012PTC236989), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our software or website.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software code, user interface designs, trademarks, logos, diagrams, and documentation on this website and within the SUMS application are the proprietary intellectual property of Sujal Technologies Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

3. User Account, Passwords and Security

Users granted access credentials (administrators, teachers, parents, students) are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and account activity. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately to our support team at support@sujaltechnologies.com.

4. Platform Availability and Maintenance

We strive for a 99.9% uptime for the SUMS Cloud ERP. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. Sujal Technologies reserves the right to perform emergency updates to safeguard system integrity and data security.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Sujal Technologies takes every precaution to ensure high availability and bug-free performance, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from telecom outages, local hardware defects, or unauthorized third-party interference.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
