• Subscription Cancellation: Clients may cancel their subscription to our services at any time. To cancel, Clients must notify us in writing via email at least 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date.
• Auto-renewal: Unless notified before the renewal date, subscriptions will automatically renew under the same terms and conditions. Clients are encouraged to review their subscription details regularly.

2. Refund Policy

We are committed to offering a transparent and equitable refund process. Given the nature of our digital services, the following terms apply:

• Trial Period: If a free trial period is offered, Clients may cancel at any time during the trial period without incurring charges. No refunds are applicable as no charges are made during the trial.
• Refunds after Cancellation: After the cancellation of a subscription, no refunds are issued for any unused portion of the subscription term, unless stated otherwise in the terms of the contract. Clients are responsible for all charges accrued up to the cancellation date.
